Please fix my abuelita’s picture

Hello everyone.

My beautiful abuelita passed away on the 2nd. My mom was not able to keep this photo due to her siblings splitting her pictures to take with them. I feel bad because she loves it, so I want to surprise her with it when she comes back from México. However, I would love to tip someone who can fix it up prior to gifting.
